Nonsense

I paid upfront for a gate motor and installation and they did not keep to the agreed installation date. They did not contact me, but after I followed up they told me that their one installer is sick and the other is on leave. They were unable to give me a realistic installation date so I asked for my money back. They agreed to refund me but more than a month later they have still not refunded me. Now I'm getting a story about the accountant never coming to work, so I can't get clarity on what the problem is. I suspect I know what the problem is, and it's not pretty. I will have to look into what options I have legally. Don't let these guys get away with their nonsense guys. Best avoid them altogether.
