Gido Gate Motrs *******

<p>In December i called this company and spoke with Hennie, told him i need a gate motor for my sliding gate, quickly he gave me some prices, i asked him about the Centurion D5 Evo. we agreed on the price and his team came to install, just before the end of the year 2016 in December. a week after the install on December 31, 2016 was about to travel but the gate won't open, i called him and he gave me instruction to put the gate to manual, it did not work. then he lost it and started screaming at me that i am not following his instruction. he refuses to send a team to fix it. since then the gate keeps on giving us problem, does not close properly or open up by it self. he sent a guy 3 weeks ago after i spoke with Shane. This guy came and said the gate is too heavy for the motor. i told them your team did the install why they did not say it initially??? you being the expert??? i proposed them to upgrade the gate to the right motor and get a trade in for the one they installed, they refuse and want me to buy a new motor and find myself another buyer for the one they supp**** which is still under their workamanship warranty of 6 months!! this is clear another ******* for a dying company that is looking at making quick bucks or increase their sales on my back. they should have advised me first before doing the installation. the mistake i made was to pay them full before the work.
