<p>So much for their advertised same day service if you call before 10am! I called at 8am and was told by a very abrupt receptionist that I would be called back. At 9am I called again to be told I would still be called back. When I asked if I would still receive same day service as my fence was broken, the rude receptionist said she does not know, she doesn't schedule appointments, I must just wait for a call. It's now 5pm and no call, must be nice to be so busy that you can laugh off new clients!</p>
