TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

Totally disgusted at the treatment received by GIDO today. GIDO installed my fence and also upgraded my fence but am totally upset at the treatment received today. I logged a service call yesterday at 10 am and was promised that a technician will be sent today. GIDO guarantees a call out the same day but i could not be accommodated the same day but was promised service for the next day. however i get a call on a friday afternoon that no technicians are available and that i have to wait until monday morning. Unacceptable service from a supposedly great company.The office manager Kerishmee is definitely nota peoples person and does the company a great disservice. Refused to put me in touch with senior management and totally inept
