Stay away from this company !!!!

Disgusting customer service. We ordered fencing and additional safety components from these ****** in November 2018. The fence went up no problem. As for the device we ordered along with it to alert us if the fence had been damaged or disarmed - we are still waiting for it .... It is now February 2020. The company flatly refuse to provide a refund. A million excuses why they could not complete the order. Two of their staff arrived after numerous complaints from us to eventually install the unit, guess what the unit was faulty!!! We have never received a phone call from the company offering an apology or a refund or an update for when we can expect the order to be completed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
