Gido & Hennie Nel are **********

This is a company of ******** who prey on honest/stand-up citizens. They make empty promises and never keep their word. The service provided by Hennie Nel is absolutely shoddy. They push customers to make urgent payment then promise to come out to install but turn around but when they must deliver they give all sorts of excuses under the sun. Hennie Nel and the receptionist both conive to hide their inefficiencies. When you demand to speak to a senior manager the secretary hangs up on customers. This all after having paid for services in full. This company or at least Hennie Nel give little or no regard for paying customers let alone keeping their promise. When I demanded my money back I was given the run around. After having suffered a major inconvenience taking leave to ensure that I am here to receive them they simply feel as if they're doing me a favour. This is after I paid R6888 for services they failed to provide.
