No refund from GIBS :(

We asked for a refund on registration fee within a weeks time as stipulated by them. They advised the funds will be transferred within 3 weeks. It is now 12 weeks later and still no funds. Every manager we contact advise someone will call us back but no feedback. Apparently the refund has been approved but that's were it is left. This is really unnecessary. I'm glad we did not decide to do the course, would probably be the same issue when you have to receive your certificate.
