GIBS Online: an Academic institution or Money sharks
I signed up for a course in January 2020 and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to stop after the first module. I had duly explained the situation after which the lady was very helpful And my log in details were cancelled so that I could not complete the course. I had accepted that my deposit of R7500 had been lost to GIBS Online.
But now I have been emailed and threatend with attorneys if I dont pay the other half. After emailing Mishka Sarels (GIBS account lady) and explaining the situation she got even more aggressive.
Cant believe an academic institution is resorting to mafia tactics to intimidate people.
