Caravan Repairs take too long

In March we were in a small accident with our caravan. Our insurance paid the money out to us, and we paid Gibbon immediately when the caravan was delivered. Our caravan has been delivered to Gibbon Caravan Clinic in April 2015. After FOUR months we started to ask for feedback regarding the repairs just to find out NO WORK has been done yet - note, money was already PAID IN FULL. It is now 6+ months and still no caravan. We had various empty promises of due dates when we could collect our caravan, but every time with another excuse. Last Wednesday I visited Gibbon again and visual inspection confirmed the caravan was completed. I requested them to wash the caravan and have it ready the next day. Arriving at Gibbon the next day, I was informed that the caravan was sent off site for the aircon. Almost another week has passed once again, and still no caravan, still no feedback (not that we ever received any without visiting ourselves).
