Just spoke to a person at this store to get some assistance or advice with Giant MTB frames (3 actually) that broke on exactly the same place. I was promptly told about 30seconds into the conversation to get to the point his busy. Businesses like this with an said attitude towards customers should not be in existence in the year 2021.
