Giant Trance Advanced 29 1 - Trail Bike - Or is it?

Bought a Giant mountain bike for almost R77K, had it for 2 days fell over at less than 10KM'h on a green trail, and half the bike cracked. So let me start by saying that this is a trail mountain bike - for those that do not know what a trail mountain biking is, let me explain: "Trail riders lean more towards the adventurous side of the sport. They may do some of the same things as cross country riders but look for bigger features and obstacles. A trail rider doesn‘t mind a long climb as long as the downhill gets the adrenaline pumping with jumps, drops, rock gardens and berms." In saying all of this, HALF THE BIKE CRACKED AT 10KM/H on a green trail with a minor fall!!!!!!! What happens if I go downhill at speeds of up to 40KM/H, and hit a rock? Disintegration???? and then the after sales service is absolutely a let down.

I dare anyone to go see the Bike for yourself - and tell me whether I had a hard fall or not. except for the crack on the rear triangle, and crack above the BB, there isn;t a single scratch on the Bike.
