Negligence and no support

This company installed two GeyserWise Max control systems for two new solar water heating geysers. After a few years one pump started circulating continuously so that all the heat accumulated in a water drum in the daytime was lost overnight. It took me a month to arrange an appointment to come and repair the faulty control panel, then when I eventually managed to get a firm date and time, no-one arrived, no-one phoned me to re-schedule, no apology, no support.
