Container ****mers

I have bought 2x 6m Containers for 15 thousand each and the 9 250 for transport the total amount is 29250 that I have paid to Gaint containers bank account. And then I was told that the container will arrive on Friday the 15/12/2023 and then again he come back to me saying that Frida is a public holiday. ok later on I was asked if I have received an email or a message from the transport company .and I sow an email saying that I should pay 16 500 for insurance for transport which is refundable upon delivery and is only 500 will be deducted. I went back to Gaint containers that they should refund me my money back and then he said that they will only refund the containers and not the transport money as the containers have been picked up already from their premises, I refused to pay the insurance transport money as it was not discussed from the beginning. I rep**** to the transport company that I am not in position to pay that amount they must delivere with out an insurance and they said no they will not deliver I than yesterday in the morning 19/12/2023 sent an email Saying that I need assistance with regards to the payment I have made to Giant Container and it proves difficulty to deliver to Namibia. I therefore asking for a refund and than the person I have been communicating with, he said that he will start processing the money and it will take 15day to 20days and I said why so many days and he say that is their rules. And they are apparently ****mers according to the reviews on their page and their name appears as( GAINT CONTAINERS )with a rem holding up a container. Please I need help to get my money back.
