I hired Giant Aluminium to fix a sliding door and install a door. They happily took the deposit and then messed me around for a month. Every time I followed up - it they answered me at all - they gave me a story and promised to do the work the next week and so it went on. The last time they didn't arrive, I eventually threatened to open a case with the police unless I got a full refund. Miraculously they rep**** within minutes and agreed to the refund. That's 4 weeks of my time wasted when I could've found someone who was capable and willing to do the work.
