No Delievry - no refund

In October 2014, we ordered 13 galvanized name plates from Mr GC Villarini, operating under the name Fullswing Trading 900cc t/a Villa steel. On receiving the final quotation, payments were made and we expected delivery. The expected delivery date come and went, and after many more promises, delivery never happened and even promises of re-imbur*****t never materialized. Although I accept the fact that I will have to carry the loss, I would like to warn other potential clients to be mindfull of the fact that ordering and receiving goods from Mr Villarini migt be a risk.
