Poor service

Bought a car from them in December 2023 and the salesman promised to provide the spare key because it was still with the previous owner. Now fast forward they don’t want to assist me with getting the spare key and are not willing to sort out the situation. Be careful when dealing with them as their after sale service is horrible.
