Poor sales/acquisitions experience

The sales Reps don't care about the prospective customers. they don't respond on time and keep the good deals for their friends and family. I don't feel it is a dealership worth trusting. too much hidden cloak and dagger vibes. I wonder if the owner is aware of how his employees treat prospective clients and how they inflate prices that were advertised.
