No comitment to customer service

The company I represent bought Tru-spec tactical belts, which were paid for on the 8th September 2015. The operational staff have not formally committed to the expected time of arrival for the goods into South Africa. A full 30 days has passed and still no idea as to when the goods will be delivered. Our client is furious with us and I cannot express with words the level of disappointment we've experienced. Furthermore the supplier was referred to us by an associate as a safe bet.
