Faulty Production Line

I have sent my flat iron in twice and yet it still makes a screaming noise what a horrible sound I bought it at a salon in George Western Cape but it's not the salons faults it's Ghd because they are the supplier I would not recommend GHD Earthgold limited edition I'm very disappointed with it I mean why pay so much for cheap quality it's a faulty production line they just inconvenience you by sending it away and then send the same faulty product not even a month and it does the same how can Ghd say the salon must refund me You GHD should refund me my money!
