Worst service and product ever!

I purchased a GHD styler in October 2013 which worked for less than a year. It was sent back and replaced as it had a factory fault. Now the new styler is also giving problems after a year. I contacted them via mail on 12 October 2015 to report the problem. It is a week later and I am yet to hear from them. The styler is now also conveniently out of the 2 year guarantee period. Will never again purchase a GHD as it seems all the stylers last no more than a year. Very disgusted!
