World's Best Customer Experience Ever!

After 1 year and 6 months my GHD just stopped working.

I was really disappointed and called GHD. They emailed me the next day asking for information around my issue and GHD.

I was only able to reply to the email later that night after 22:00pm. GHD called me the following morning to let me know they would be coming to pick up the straightener. The very next day they contacted my husband to let him know they will be coming through to deliver the straightener. I was a bit skeptical and assumed they were returning the straightener without even assessing it however they replaced my Straightener with a brand new one.

GHD's Customer Experience is amazing. Their staff is super helpful. My issue was resolved in 3 days.
