Utterly dissapointed in GHD

<p>Bought a GHD eclips 3 years ago, been broken for 1 year, I can not find 1 rep or organisation that can help with the problem contacted GHD and was told they don't do any repairs only warranty claims and that there are no spares available for repairs. how dissapointing, paid an arm and a leg for the thing just to find out its better to nuyca new one.... </p>
