Total disrespect for clients

I found this company to be totally unprofesional and totally disrespectfull to clients.

I ordered a straightner online for my wife, only to get a notification that the order has been placed on review for security reasons? After thry had already taken payment from my credit card.

When I phoned the a lady by the name of Dena was completely unprofessional and un helpfull. She really couldnt care what happend with the orders. The I received a mail stating the the order had been cancelled for security reasons. As if I am ordering arms or ammunitons. They did refund my money after about two days. But if this is how you treat a customer even before you sell him a product then how will they treat a customer if there is a problem with their product?

It is just sad because their disrespectfull way of doing business has now impacted on my life as my wife is insistant she wants a ghd, and I refuse to support such a company.
