Problematic GHD vopal

Ever since I bought my Ghd (vopal) I've experienced endless problems...I've what it exchanged 2 times at the Paul James which I've purchased it from....Paul James hair salon has been very helpful and they've done everything they could to help me....this is the 3rd time I'm experiencing an issue, after 15 minutes smoke would come out and a month later it stopped working completely...I've called Ghd and no one has gotten back to me for the past month now...Ive spent so much money on this product and it's not fair that I'm having so many issues continuously... I'm really not happy with the vopal, I have never had this many issues with any Ghd before! This is unacceptable service and a ******* because Ghd promises a 2 year guarantee....I need a refund on my Ghd or an upgrade or I would like the very first original hold plate one and have the outstanding balance reimbursed to me! NOT HAPPY with the GHD VOPAL
