Poor service

Bought a GHD Platinum Plus Limited Edition 2 years ago. It started going into safety mode. Sent it back to GHD, had to pay R800 to get it replaced with an ordinary platinum plus. It won’t be replaced with a Limited edition even though I paid R500 more when I bought it to get a limited edition. Consultant was arrogant and very unhelpful.

I’ll never buy GHD again after the service I have received.
