Pathetic after service- GHD

Such pathetic services from such a huge brand. I have purchased my styler in December 2022, this styler has been in for repairs more than 2 times already. I am still awaiting my new styler for the past 2 months now. This is totally bull**** as I paid for the item it hasn't been given to me for free by GHD!!!! The after sales service is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!!!!
