Never by a ghd product!

I bought a hairdryer in 2022 , just before the guarantee expired I sent it back because the nossel keeps falling off when it got hot. They then replaced it bur under the same guarantee as the 1st one. Now 5months later the same thing is happening and the won't replace it as the guarantee has 'lapse'. How can you replace something on an old guarantee which means they will never replace the 2nd item. I think this is daylight *******. After all their products don't come cheap. Even if you go to clicks your new guarantee starts with a replaced device!!
