Missing order and no communication

I am still waiting for my order. I sent e-mail to multiple GHD e-mail addresses, sent them a message on instagram and left a comment under their posts. But they still haven't gotten back to me. I spent more than R7000. At this point I just want my money back and I will start taking legal action tomorrow.
