Great customer support service

My wife's fairly new GHD Max straighter (still within its 2 year warranty) stopped working after 18 months of use. I contacted GHD about the issue and Candice from customer support organized a courier (free of charge) to collect the straighter from our house so that they can investigate the fault. A few days later the courier returned with a brand new straighter.

I want to thank GHD and Candice for the wonderful service received, this is something you do not get in South Africa anymore.
