GHD USA stole my money

I bought a GHD on the USA website for my friend that lives in the US. They took the money off my account and right after that I received a mail that said "We're sorry, but your order did not pass the security measures. As a result, your order has been voided and your Credit card has not been charged"

The problem is my Credit card has been charged! I sent them mails to say that the money was deducted, they just said "please sort it out with your bank" I have spent a whole day at the bank to get my money back from GHD. After all that the bank tells me that the money will reflect back into my acc in the next 40 days???

The Customer service at GHD is pathetic.

Do not buy from them, they will just take your money!
