Ghd terrible response

We bought our daughter a GHD wide plate straightener for her bday online last year end of June 2023. End of December 2023 when se switched it on one day it just did not responded. We did then contacted GHd customer care on whatsapp to complain about the product that we bought. The last response that i have received from them was 2 May to say they will be in contact. We still have not heard anything back. Its almost her birthday again and her last years present isnt even working. Really sad to spend so much money and the service is terrible.
