Great and efficient service from GHD South Africa Head Office. We are second time purchasers of the GHD Max Gold straighteners. when we bought this new unit we noticed the drop in performance. we logged a online query, of which Zanele Khoza at the South Africa main office rep**** to promptly, she arranged collection and the had the unit inspected and advised me by phone that the unit was in actual fact faulty and would have it replaced, she did this all in a day and i received the new GHD unit today. this is super service from Zanele Khoza, well done.
