GHD South Africa = Joke

I bought my GHD on the 7th of Dec 2015, 9 months later in Sept 2016 it just gave up on me. I was been forced into taking a GHD which I did not want and then eventually came to a compromise where I'd pay and extra R500 to recieve another GHD, I recieved my GHD within days. 3 months down the line in January I had to return my brand new GHD because it refused to heat, I received a 'new' one. Now a bit over a year without hardly any use of the GHD it has stopped working AGAIN. I am so tired of this back and forth game with this brand, it actually sickens me that within 3 years I've had 2 replacements and now need to replace again.
