GHD South Africa Faulty Product received countless times
So a couple of years back, maybe around 3/4 to be exact, I bought a GHD wand, it is a curling iron. I am completely in love with GHD, I have one of their first hair straighteners working in tip top condition. This hair straightener has been going on for almost 10 years now!
Since I have bought this wand, the wand has stopped working 3 times already, GHD South Africa was more than happy to pick up the wand and return a new one. When asked what was wrong with the item it had been a faulty product EVERY TIME and they had to replace the wand. The wand has now done the same thing and now because the warranty is expired I get offered a new GHD straightener at discounted price. I am well aware that the guarantee is now over. I just feel as if it is REALLY ********* to not replace my product when it is continuously a faulty product on GHD's behalf. In other words, it doesn't matter how well I look after my product, my new GHD will eventually fail and I will have to pay a fortune to get a new one?
Not to mention the last time it happened I asked for a different curler so that the same thing would not happen AGAIN. But I was given the same product
