GHD selling faulty straighteners - poor quality brand

I bought a straightener on 22/07/2017 which they then replaced after a few months due to a factory fault. The replacement then also stopped working, also due to a factory fault after 7 months, which they also replaced. Every single one of them had a factory fault in, and now, once again the same story only after a year. While getting ready for work the straightener just suddenly turned off and wouldn't turn on again. Exactly the same as the previous two they sent as replacements. This is highly unacceptable! It isn't my fault their products lack quality, but now I am in a mess because my warranty period has expired due to me getting a replacement every 7 months to a year and it working wonderfully for the first bit. GHD is supposed to be a reputable high quality brand. If you want value for your money - DO NOT BUY A GHD. They're not what they were back in the day.
