GHD platinum

Hi, I purchased a pair of Platinum GHD for my daughter which i paid almost £165.00 they were used very little before they developed a fault with a flashing red light. we tried to have them repaired but no one would touch them as they said GHD does not do repairs for this model. i feel i have been cheated by GHD, I feel if they had a problem with their products they should have taken them immediately off the market.
