GHD NO After Sale Repair Service??

Don't Buy this Product! I bouth a Standard GHD Hair Straightener for my GF as Present so unfortunately it broke(Does not come on) So I have Contacted GHD Customer care and they help me swiftly to determine if my GHD is still coverd on the Warranty. So as it maybe it's out of warranty and they opt me to trade my device in for a Silly 20% off on purchasing a new GHD? So there is No After sale Repairs of as such in SA to help Clients with a Defective GHD after the 2Year Warranty... Does not make sense and Coming from a Big Company not having support in this matter but only giving us the 20% off option is Not Acceptable... So I think GHD Brand are not the So Called Brand option if In the market for getting Hair Straihtners ect.
