GHD manufacturing problem becomes my problem!
I purchased a GHD Eclipse straightener thinking it would be a good choice as GHD seemed to have such a reputable name. I literally used my straighter for just over a year and it did not work. The 30 minute safety feature in the Eclipse was not allowing my element to heat up, it remained in the safety mode. I have heard of this being a common fault and problem with GHD Eclipse. I contacted GHD and they firstly were not very helpful, but also did not assist me in the process of returning the GHD. Eventually i knew what i had to do and by then they refused to take the GHD and simply said its unfortunate. You pay a fortune for a GHD expecting a good experience, both with the product and with the customer care department. I am so dissapointed in GHD and i will never purchase from them again. You don't receive the quality expected and relayed.
