Ghd hair styler

Well I've bought a ghd styler from them, after the styler blow cold air I contact them this Traci say all their styler/curlers have 2years warranty.. Well then I contact her again to let her know that my styler is only a year old she replies, out of warranty. I ask how can it be you just said all your stylers have 2years warranty now Traci don't reply.
