I had bought the new platinum hair straightener just on the 14th July 2021 online around the unrest in SA and didnt realised they are based in Durban. I did enquire about my order, as they updated their site about the situation in KZN. They were very understanding and explaining that I can either wait for it, or alternatively a full refund. However the very next day, they managed to send through my order. A big thank you to the team, even trying their best to get to some level of normal.
