GHD Eclipse-Worst Buy!

<p>I purchased a GHD Eclipse in Oct 2014 therefore my GHD is just outside the warrranty. About a month ago I switched on my GHD and it beeps and does not want to switch on. I contacted GHD only to be told that due to it being outside the warrranty I have to purchase a new GHD because they do not do repairs. I was offered a 20% discount on a new GHD. I am utterly disappointed as GHD's are not cheap!!! My sister had a similar experience, the only difference is that she was just under the warranty. GHD replaced her GHD with a GHD Platinum not with another Eclipse. From the above it is clear that there is a factory fault with the GHD Eclipse and I feel that I am being predjucided due to the GHD Eclipse being of poor quality.I am reconsidering ever purchasing a GHD again due to this!!!</p>
