GHD ECLIPSE is GARBAGE

I purchased a GHD Eclipse on the 19 Jan 2015.<br> From day one the product would not heat up to the correct heat. It would instead make its on-off sound and automatically turn off.<br> <br> I sent the product back for a repair on the 16th of February. The unit was found to be faulty and I was given a replacement unit.<br> <br> The replacement unit has also now started malfunctioning and is doing exactly the same thing as the first unit.<br> <br> This is completely unacceptable . The GHD Eclipse is supposed to be GHD's top of the range product but both units have had the exact same fault.<br> <br> I would like a full refund - I am not interested in having a third faulty unit being sent to me.
