EXTREMELY POOR customer service letting the brand down!

<p>VERY disappointed with your customer service ghd. Unfortunately this is not my first ghd needing to be replaced (in the space of about a year)! I had a limited edition white ghd, then i had to settle for a plain black one, because you no longer had white ones... The new one is now also broken, phoned the call center, spoke to someone that was quite rude saying that she "had responded to my mails", i apologised for somehow missing her mail, where she then proceeded saying that i will get a call back with my reference number, and i am STILL waiting... Then i get a call from your courier company saying that my ghd will be fetched the next day... almost a week later and I'm STILL waiting! <br />Maybe your opponents will give a better service...</p>
