Burning GHD day after repairs/ burnt hair

Please kindly take note that this is a complaint in writing against the Fourways repairs centre I was referred to by GHD South Africa. The heating elements and a fuse was replaced or repaired I was charged an amount of R456.00, the next day when I used the GHD it went on but gave of burning smell, it started burning my hair so I just it off. This morning after washing and drying my hair I switched on the GHD and it starts burning again but this time it burns so badly that you can actually see the sides of the black plastic around the heating plates burning and bubble up. What type of heating elements was used as replacements? Who is going to pay for the damage it has caused to my GHD which I had looked after since 2009? Who is going to pay for the damage it has done to my hair because the heating elements was certainly not GHD replacement parts. Why refer GHD customers to such repair centres that can't repair the product or have proper parts? This is totally disgusting customer services. GHD products are expensive products I don't think it's fair for customers to receive such bad service. You degrade and destroy the brand name of GHD by giving your customers such disloyal services
