Broken GHD Platinum +

I have had my ghd platinum + for less than 3 years and it’s now broken, the styler is just beeping red and making a noise, I have reached out to ghd and they took very long to get a courier company to pick the styler, it’s been one week and the styler has still not been picked up!! I’m very disappointed with the styler itself and then I’m disappointed with the ghd customer services, is it even worth spending so much on a styler that’s just gonna break in 2 years???
