Best customer service received. Excellent!!!!

I have never received amazing customer service like I have received from GHD. I sent an email through to GHD to tell them there is a faulty on my flat iron, it stopped switching on. The same day I received feedback to say that they will collect it from my house to have a look at it. The next day they collected it from my house. The next day they said they will replace it with a brand new flat iron because the faulty is on their side. The next day I received my new flat iron. I wish I can just get the same service from all the other useless places. GHD you really impressed me. Well done and I will always support GHD. Excellent excellent service!!!!
