Bad quality of product

<p>In 2013 I bought a Ghd straightener, and after a year the straightener broke. I sent it in and they gave me a new one. Now after 2 years the straightener broke again. A few days ago I made a call to the customer call centre and the lady on line told me that they can not repair it for me, because it is more than a year old. I taught that Ghd products have a life time warranty, and that it is one of the best products that you can buy. A few of my friends also have Ghd's and it work for more than 10 years????? </p>
