Bad products

I purchased a GHD gold in July 2023. I used it till December of 2023 until it started beeping and flashing red. I contacted ghd and it was sent back to them, they informed me that the product was faulty and it was a fault on their end and not any fault of mine. They replaced my straightener in January of 2024, the replacement did the exact same thing that the first one did less than a year later. I contacted ghd and was told that it was no longer in warranty and all they can offer me is a 20% off voucher which expired in 30 days. I sent my ghd to a ghd repair center and got feed back that the motherboard was damaged and it cannot be fixed. I will not be purchasing from ghd again. A lot of money with a product that doesn't even last and lack of customer service.
