GHD has amazing customer care!! They replaced my broken GHD gold (which was older than a year and surely out of warranty) with a brand new one within a week and of receiving my email. Amazing product I cannot do without my beloved hair straightener it keeps my hair in the best condition and makes it smooth and soft.
