2 X Faulty GHD

Purchase of GHD 12/02/2012. Replacement of Brand New GHD due to factory fault(courier del)11/12/2013. GHD breaks again 08/12/2015 when I'm on holiday. Firstly I'm unaware if my original GHD had been replaced with a faulty old GHD therefore stopped working within a 2 year period. No papers were sent to guarantee this therefore having a reoccurring problem. An employee at DBN head off. Zanele Khoza sends an email 20/01/2016, time 8h40 about collection of my GHD. She contacts me the same day stating the product is now out of warrantee although a replacement was done in 2013. On 21/01/2016
